Job summary

Healthforce is actively seeking a Registered Nurse for a Med‑Surg travel assignment in Ukiah, California. 13 weeks, starting 09/14/2026, with weekly pay of $1,808–$1,843 and 36 guaranteed hours.

Shift: 3x12-hour nights in a short-term acute care hospital. The required qualifications include California RN license, BLS/CPR, ACLS, PALS; BSN preferred; minimum 2 years in med/surg/acute care; able to work nights and weekends; travel readiness.

Qualifications

Active RN license in California.
BLS/CPR required; ACLS and PALS per policy.
BSN preferred; minimum 2 years med/surg/acute care.
Ability to work night shifts and weekend rotations.
Willingness to travel and meet onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

Deliver coordinated nursing care following standard processes.
Collect and analyze health data, develop and implement care plans.
Administer medications, monitor status, respond to changes.
Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and supervise staff as assigned.
Participate in discharge planning and educate patients and families.
Maintain a safe, healing environment and document care.
