Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Med Surg RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Bismarck, North Dakota. You will work 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts, delivering high-quality care in med-surg and telemetry units.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per standards.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document changes.
• Prepare patients for diagnostics and assist physicians.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for patients.
• Document patient information in the medical record.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan care.
• Prioritize care based on acuity and needs.
• Ensure infection control practices are followed.
• Facilitate discharge planning and follow-up.
