Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Augusta, Georgia. The position requires an RN license, a nursing degree, BLS certification, and at least 18 months of recent Med-Surg/Acute Care experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• BLS certification
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Med/Surg setting.

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and post-surgical care.
• Assess changes in patient’s health status and perform various treatments.
• Administer medication.
• Meticulous documentation to ensure continuity of care among nursing staff, physicians and treatment team.
