Job summary

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel assignment in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This 13-week, 36-hour-per-week role requires night shifts and a 12-hour schedule, with 36 hours per week.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of RN experience, a valid Nursys license, NIH Stroke Scale certification, and professional references. Experience in neuro/stroke or telemetry is a plus, and float rotation may be required to support patient care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of RN experience required.
• Valid Nursys license.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification.
• Completion of ascension skills checklist and professional references.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adult neuro/stroke patients.
• Coordinate discharge planning and ensure policy adherence.
