Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Med Surg RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Bristol, Tennessee. You will care for medical-surgical and telemetry patients, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• One year of Med Surg RN experience required.
• Valid RN license in accordance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per nursing standards.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document changes.
• Prepare patients for procedures and assist physicians during treatments.
• Maintain a safe environment and monitor infection control practices.
• Document patient information in the medical record with accuracy.
