Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a 13-week travel assignment in Marshall, Michigan. This role offers 36 hours per week, night shift, and start date 10/05/2026.

You will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a Med Surg setting, monitor telemetry, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Qualified candidates have 1 year Med Surg RN experience, active RN license, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Med Surg RN experience.
• Valid RN license in accordance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• NIHSS certification preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per nursing standards.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document changes.
• Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures and assist during treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers on care plans.
• Coordinate discharge planning and ensure safe transitions.
