Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Med Surg RN for a travel assignment in Lawton, Oklahoma. This 13-week position requires 36 hours per week with 12-hour day shifts and offers travel benefits.

Applicants must hold an active RN license, a nursing degree from an accredited program, and a BLS certification, plus at least 18 months of recent Med/Surg acute care experience; additional requirements may be set by the client facility.

Qualifications

• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Med/Surg setting
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

• Provide care for Med-Surg patients as assigned by physicians.
• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and post-surgical care.
• Assess changes in patient health status and perform various treatments.
• Administer medication.
• Meticulous documentation to ensure continuity of care.
