Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel assignment in Minot, North Dakota. This 13-week travel position offers 36 hours per week with 12-hour day shifts.

Ideal candidates have an active RN license, a nursing degree, BLS, and 18 months of Med/Surg acute care experience. Travel benefits include weekly pay, housing options, credentialing support, and comprehensive insurance coverage.

Qualifications

• Active RN License
• Degree from accredited nursing program
• BLS Certification
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Med/Surg setting
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and post-surgical care.
• Assess changes in patient's health status and perform various treatments.
• Administer medication.
• Meticulous documentation as to medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care between nursing staff, physicians and other treatment team members.
