Responsibilities

• Provide care for adult Med/Surg patients before and after procedures.
• Complete physician orders and routine treatments.
• Assess health status changes and perform treatments as needed.
• Administer medications with accurate documentation.
• Maintain meticulous documentation for continuity of care.
