The position requires a minimum of one year of nursing experience, with a preference for candidates with four or more years of clinical experience in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• WA State or Compact RN licensure.
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications.
• 1 year of Med-Surg nursing experience (4 years preferred).
• Must have charge nurse experience.
• Ability to float as a sitter and between campuses if needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver personalized patient care using the nursing process.
• Develop, implement, and reassess individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and perform nursing procedures.
• Evaluate discharge plans and patient education needs.
• Document assessments, interventions, and responses accurately.
• Conduct holistic patient assessments and respond accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on health information in a timely manner.
• Supervise care provided by assistive personnel.
• Participate in performance improvement processes.
• Collaborate with all healthcare team members.
