REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:

• Minimum Years of Experience: 1.5 years
• Traveler Experience: Unit WILL ACCEPT 1st time travelers.
• Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes
• Skills: IV Start, Telemetry
• Certs: BCLS

PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:

• Certs: ACLS, NIH

JOB DETAILS:

• Target Ratios: 1:6/7 - 1:6 during normal staffing
• Unit will accept contracts for 13 weeks
• Hours: 36 or 48 hours can be offered. If 48, no OT billed until after 48 hours.
• Shift: 12HR NIGHTS; 18:45 - 07:15
• ***RTO 7 DAYS MAX for Aya Auto Offer***
• ***NO BLOCK SCHEDULING will be accommodated***
• Float Requirement: FLOATING REQUIRED as needed.
• Weekend Requirement: Every other Weekend REQUIRED.

PATIENT DIAGNOSES:

Patients are med surg (We no longer accept cardiac telemetry patients as before).

UNIT SYSTEMS: Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR

SCHEDULING TYPE: Self scheduling; ***NO BLOCK SCHEDULING will be accommodated*** NM creates schedule.

UNIT ORIENTATION: 24 hours

SCRUBS: Navy and/or White.
