American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Neuro night position in Tulsa, OK. Requires OK/compact license and at least 2 years of Med/Surg Neuro experience. 3x12 hour nights, 36 hours/week, ASAP start, 13-week duration.

Responsibilities include working in a 24-bed Med/Surg Neuro unit, possible weekend shifts, and Epic EMR usage. Eligible travelers may receive tax-free stipends, travel/licensure reimbursements, and day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in OK or compact
• Minimum 2 years Med/Surg Neuro experience
• Current BLS and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Must not have been a permanent staff member within the past year
• Candidates living >75 miles from facility eligible

Responsibilities

• Work in a 24-bed Med/Surg Neuro unit in a hospital environment
• Night shift with 3x12 hour shifts from 18:45 to 07:15
• Must work some weekend shifts as part of schedule
• Floating within scope to similar units as needed
• No on-call requirement
• Block scheduling determined case by case
• Uses Epic documentation system (Epic experience preferred)
• First-time travelers accepted for this position
• Wear navy scrubs while on duty
• No travel pairs or groups will be considered
• RTO must be approved with max 3 days auto-approved; no RTO first week of orientation
• Orientation modules completed onsite
