As the Travel MDS Coordinator with WesleyLife, you will be responsible for ICD10 coding, setting and completing accurate MDS ARDs, collaborating with all clinical teams to ensure care plans are accurate and thorough, following corporate guidelines, ethical standards, and federal and state requirements. In coordination with the MDS Reimbursement Specialist, you will ensure that the MDS for all of WesleyLife is completed with accuracy, with attention to quality measures, while maximizing reimbursement.
You will also fulfill the functions of the community MDS position as needed during vacancies, vacations, leaves of absence, or in times of agency elimination where a leader may be working a higher than normal amount to fulfill open shifts.

Licenses & Certifications: Registered Nurse license required.
