Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Maternal-Fetal Ultrasound Sonographer II with MFM and OB/GYN experience to perform advanced obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound examinations in an outpatient clinic setting.

This role requires ARDMS OB/OBGYN certification, BLS, and a CAAHEP-accredited program. Responsibilities include detailed fetal anatomy surveys, fetal echocardiography readiness, and training residents, collaborating with MFM specialists.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years performing complex OB/GYN or vascular scans.
• Minimum of 2 years of Maternal-Fetal Medicine experience.
• ARDMS registration in OB and OB/GYN is required.
• BLS certification required.
• CAAHEP-accredited diagnostic medical sonography program or equivalent certificate.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed fetal anatomical surveys and fetal well-being evaluations.
• Conduct maternal pelvic imaging including transvaginal cervical assessment.
• Provide real-time ultrasound guidance for invasive obstetric procedures and fetal echocardiography.
• Independently perform full spectrum of maternal-fetal and gynecologic ultrasound exams.
• Support MFM specialists during complex invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
