Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a travel Mammography Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Orangeburg, South Carolina. The role involves performing screenings and diagnostic imaging, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with radiologists and care teams.

You will join a dedicated clinical team offering competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and support from a travel recruiter. Start date is 09/22/2026 with 40 hours per week, days shift, in a facility setting.

Qualifications

• One year's experience as a Mammography Tech.
• Current state license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures to patients and answer questions.
• Position patient appropriately for imaging procedure.
• Maintain medical imaging equipment and ensure machines function properly.
• Monitor image quality during procedures and adjust for accuracy.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams.
• Follow hospital policies, safety regulations and infection control procedures.
• Practice infection prevention with hand hygiene and PPE.
• Perform other duties within the scope of Mammography Technologists
