Cross Country Allied is seeking a Mammography Technologist for a travel assignment in Edwards, Colorado. The role involves performing breast imaging procedures, including mammography and stereotactic biopsy, while ensuring patient safety and adherence to MQSA and ACR guidelines.

The position requires ARRT Mammography certification, BLS, and excellent communication skills. Schedule features day shifts, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours weekly, for a 13-week duration.

Qualifications

• ARRT Mammography certification is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• English reading, writing and speaking proficiency must be demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Perform and review breast imaging exams for technical accuracy and quality.
• Adhere to MQSA and ACR guidelines and review requisitions and clinical information.
• Operate mammography and stereotactic equipment; educate patients and families.
• Coordinate appointments and imaging procedures and maintain department workflow.
