Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Mammography Technologist for a travel assignment in New Haven, CT. You will rotate across Shoreline Medical Center, North Haven Medical Center, Long Wharf Medical Center, and Smilow Cancer Hospital, performing 3-D, diagnostic, digital and screening mammograms.

The role requires ARRT M/R, 2+ years of experience, BLS, and comfort working in a Level I Trauma Center setting. Travel experience and Epic charting familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of mammography experience.
ARRT M and ARRT R certification required.
BLS certification required.
Breast Ultrasound certification preferred.
Experience with Hologic equipment required; Siemens experience a plus.
Trauma Level I or large facility trauma center experience preferred.
Epic charting experience preferred.
License required if applicable.

Responsibilities

Perform 3-D mammography, diagnostic mammograms, digital mammography, and screening mammograms.
Operate Hologic 3D and Siemens imaging systems.
Travel across multiple imaging sites within a Level I trauma center health system.
Work 40 hours per week with day shifts and occasional weekend coverage.
