Qualifications

• Requires Mammography Tech National Certificate.
• An associate's or bachelor's degree in radiology is preferred.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Mammographic unit to produce breast images for diagnostic purposes under physician direction.
• Explain procedures to patients and monitor the scanning process for image quality.
• Perform additional duties within the scope of a mammography technologist.
