Job summary

TotalMed Allied in San Mateo, CA seeks a Mammography Technologist for a travel assignment. The position runs 13 weeks with 40 hours per week, days shift. Travel experience preferred.

You will perform mammography imaging, ensure quality, and forward studies to radiologists. Must have ARRT(M), BLS, and state licensing as required, with at least one year of proven Mammo experience.

This travel role offers weekly pay, benefits, and a stipend; housing support subject to assignment terms.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of Mammography Technologist experience.
• ARRT (M) certification and BLS required; state licensing when required.
• Travel availability and ability to meet schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammography imaging and ensure high-quality images.
• Review imaging requests and provide patient comfort and explanations.
• Develop and position patient for accurate study results.
• Forward completed studies to radiologists for interpretation.
• Maintain patient records and adhere to safety standards.
