Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing seeks a travel Mammography Technologist for a 13-week assignment in North Bergen, New Jersey, with a 40-hour workweek and 8-hour shifts.

The role requires completion of an approved Radiologic Technology program, state registration, ARRT certification, and preference for 2 years of Mammography experience, ideally in a critical care setting. Benefits and travel accommodations are provided.

Qualifications

• Completion of a two year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
• Two years of Mammographic Technologist experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
• Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized mammography examinations and assist Radiologist.
• Produce high quality images for radiologist evaluation.
• Educate patients about the exam and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
• Deliver compassionate, safe, and cost-effective patient care.
• Maintain a patient-focused environment and promote safety initiatives.
