MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Mammography Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Lakeland, Florida. The position requires completion of an approved Radiologic Technology program, state registration, and ARRT certification, with preferred two years of mammography experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of a two year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
• Two years of Mammographic Technologist experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
• ARRT registry or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and assist Radiologist in mammography exams, including breast biopsies.
• Produce high quality films for radiologist evaluation.
• Complete patient education regarding the exam.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
• Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Maintain a safe, patient-focused environment.
