Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a Mammography Technologist for a travel assignment in Bellevue, WA. The role requires 1 year of Mammo experience, ARRT (M) registration, and BLS, with state licensing as needed. The Mammo Tech will operate the mammography unit, ensure image quality, and forward studies to radiologists for interpretation.

The position is 40 hours per week, with a 13-week duration and 8-hour day shifts. McKesson PACS familiarity is preferred, and duties include delivering high-quality patient

Qualifications

Must have 1 year of radiology imaging experience.
ARRT (M) certification with mammography registration.
BLS certification and state licensing as required.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests and explain procedures to patients.
Interpret doctors' written instructions for imaging procedures.
Perform mammography studies and maintain image quality per standards.
Develop mammograms, assess results, retake as needed, and forward to radiologist.
