Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Mammography Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Craig, CO, with a 36-hour work week and a 12-hour day shift. The role requires one year of Mammography experience, a current state license, and BLS certification. ARRT certification is preferred; licensure and CEU reimbursement are offered under benefits.

Qualifications

• One year's experience as a Mammography Tech.
• Current state license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Explain procedures to patients and answer questions.
• Position patient appropriately for imaging procedure.
• Maintain medical imaging equipment and organize the procedure room.
• Monitor image quality during procedures to ensure diagnostic accuracy.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams.
• Follow hospital policies, safety regulations, and infection control procedures.
• Practice infection prevention and PPE usage.
• Perform other duties within Mammography Technologists’ scope.
