Job summary

West Coast Wound is seeking a Clinical LVN Educator to drive education and onboarding for NPs, PAs, MTs, and new providers. The role involves coordinating in-person, virtual, and field trainings, developing materials, and supporting provider development across California and the United States.

You will mentor providers, deliver hands-on clinical training, and collect metrics to support growth and expanded program impact, while collaborating with HR, QA, and operations to ensure onboarding

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of clinical, nursing, or education experience preferred.
• Prior experience in clinical education or training strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tracking.
• Ability to travel frequently for training assignments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule in-house, virtual (Zoom), and field training for new providers.
• Contact new providers to confirm training schedules and onboarding expectations.
• Send internal communications across departments.
• Prepare and distribute training materials, provider handbooks, and forms.
• Coordinate with HR, Intake, Supplies, QA, Operations for onboarding readiness.
• Arrange travel accommodations for out-of-state trainings.
• Conduct field training with providers in assigned territories across CA and the U.S.
• Facilitate in-house and virtual clinical training sessions.
• Support hands-on clinical skill development and procedures training.
• Ensure training checklists and onboarding milestones are completed.
• Serve as a point of contact for provider education via phone and email.
• Respond to inquiries and provide guidance during onboarding.
• Review charts for accuracy and provide structured feedback.
