Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Experience with LTC/SNF settings preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology evaluation and treatment to residents in LTC/SNF settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and documentation.
• Collaborate with therapy team and nursing staff to optimize patient outcomes.
