Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license required.

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment.
• Assess changes in the patient’s health status and perform various treatments.
• Administer medication.
• Meticulous documentation of medication and treatments for continuity of care.
