Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Long Term Care RN for a 13-week assignment in Anamosa, IA. You will provide high-quality nursing care in a LTC facility, manage care plans, administer meds, and collaborate with a clinical team.
This role offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the support of a dedicated recruiter and travel network. A valid RN license, 1 year LTC experience, and current BLS/CPR are required.
Competenze
- Minimum one year of RN experience in long-term care.
- Valid RN license compliant with state regulations.
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification.
Mansioni
- Assess residents' health and monitor changes to ensure well-being.
- Develop and update individualized care plans with residents and families.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Supervise LPNs and CNAs, delegating tasks and ensuring quality care.
- Educate residents and families about medications and chronic conditions.
- Document care and resident progress promptly and accurately.
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate care with medical teams.
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
