Job summary
Amergis Healthcare Staffing is hiring a Long Term Care LPN for a 13-week travel assignment with a high probability of extension. The role requires 2+ years of LTC/LTAC/Rehab/Med Surg experience and an MA RN License, plus current LPN license and BLS.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of LTC, LTAC, Rehab, or Med Surg experience.
- MA RN License
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse License
- Current Health Certificate (if applicable)
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
- One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
- Current BLS card
- Successful completion of screening tests for the clinical specialty area(s) with a score of 80%+
- Successful completion of Background Screening Process
Responsibilities
- Deliver care for patients in a Long Term Care/Assisted Living Facility.
- Make clinical judgments with supervision and demonstrate critical thinking.
- Coordinate patient care and assist in managing patient care.
- Adhere to nursing standards and be accountable for patient care management.
- Assist others in the management of patient care.
