Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide care in Long Term Care/Assisted Living settings. The LPN demonstrates clinical judgment, efficiency, and accountability while coordinating patient care under supervision.

Requirements include current WI LPN license, BLS, health certificate if applicable, up-to-date PPD or chest X-ray, and passing background checks. Travel assignments available across Racine, Milwaukee and Plymouth, with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license for the state of practice.
• Current Health Certificate (if applicable).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Successful completion of screening tests in clinical specialty area(s) with score ≥80%.
• Successful completion of Background Screening Process.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care for LT/Assisted Living patients with supervision.
• Make clinical judgments effectively and efficiently.
• Coordinate patient care and assist others in care management.
• Adhere to nursing standards and maintain accountability.
