Qualifications

• Current BLS card.
• Screening tests for the clinical specialty area with a score of 80% or greater.
• Background screening processing completed.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility and accountability for delivering care in long-term care/assisted living facilities.
• Make clinical judgments effectively and efficiently with supervision.
• Coordinate patient care and assist others in care management.
• Adhere to nursing standards and maintain accountability for patient care.
