Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN in Long Term Acute Care for a travel assignment in Dayton, Ohio. The role runs for 6 weeks at 36 hours per week, with 12-hour night shifts, and requires travel readiness and licensure to practice in Ohio.

The LTAC RN will provide direct patient care, utilizing the Nursing Process and adhering to hospital policies. ACLS/BLS certification, vent/trach experience, and LTAC hospital experience are mandatory.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required (American Heart Association)
• Vent/trach experience required
• LTAC hospital experience required
• Ohio RN license or multi-state RN license attached to resume

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Nursing Process per state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policy
• Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment and leadership in planning and delivering care
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
• Delegate and supervise assigned personnel delivering patient care
