Job summary
Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for an LTAC Registered Nurse in Springdale, AR. You will provide direct patient care in a LTACH setting, with nights and a 3, 12-hour schedule from 19:00 to 07:00. This 13-week assignment starts 10/05/2026, with one opening and Epic charting.
AR or Compact licensure is required, with at least 1 year of RN experience. Aya Healthcare offers premium benefits, housing options or stipend, and a generous 401(k) match.
Qualifications
- Active RN license or compact license for AR.
- 1 year of nursing experience preferred in LTAC or similar setting.
- LTAC/long-term care exposure is a plus.
