MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel RN for Long Term Acute Care in Durham, North Carolina. The position requires 36 hours per week with 12-hour day shifts, starting 10/26/2026, for a 13-week assignment.

The ideal candidate has an active RN license, a nursing degree, BLS/ACLS, and LTAC experience with vents, Trachs, and Telemetry. Benefits include housing options and comprehensive credentialing support.

Qualifications

• Active RN License required.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS & ACLS Certifications.
• Eighteen months of LTAC nursing experience.
• Experience with vents, trachs, drips, ET tubes and reading Tele-strips.

Responsibilities

• Care for 5-6 LTAC patients.
• Monitor and administer medications (oral, subcutaneous, IV).
• Educate patients and families on procedures and illness management.
• Record and interpret telemetry readings.
• Start IVs and draw blood.
• Collaborate with medical team for patient transitions.
