Job summary

Gifted Healthcare is seeking Long Term Acute Care RNs to deliver patient assessment, intervention, and evaluation in our LTAC setting in Saint Charles, Missouri. You will collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans that promote optimum outcomes.

Responsibilities include dispensing medications and managing critical care equipment such as chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, central lines; monitor patient status; and supervise clinical support staff during 3x12 night

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Missouri
• Experience in LTAC/critical care preferred
• Strong collaboration with healthcare team

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications and manage critical care devices (chest tubes, ventilators, IV drips, feeding tubes, central lines)
• Monitor and evaluate patient status and responses to treatment
• Supervise clinical support staff during night shifts (3x12)
