Job summary

Gifted Healthcare is seeking experienced LTAC RNs for travel or local contracts in Saint Charles, Missouri. You will deliver high-acuity care to medically complex, ventilator-dependent patients in a long-term acute care setting.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, medication and therapy administration, ventilator and trach management, wound care, and ongoing monitoring, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes and EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Provide high-acuity care for LTAC patients.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor responses to therapy.
• Administer medications and therapies as ordered.
• Manage ventilators and tracheostomies.
• Document accurately in the EMR and follow safety standards.
