Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN for LTAC Telemetry in Indianapolis, IN. The assignment runs for 13 weeks with 36 hours per week and 12-hour day shifts.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of LTAC or high-acuity RN experience, current BLS, and eligibility for state licensure. ACLS may be required. Benefits include weekly pay and guaranteed hours. You will work in a fast-paced LTAC environment, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support recovery and discharge planning.

• Support patients with mobility, hygiene, and nutritional needs.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs, ensuring proper patient care delivery.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and facility safety standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and communicate patient status updates.
• Document all care activities and interventions accurately and in real time.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Acute Care Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Indianapolis, Indiana.

We're looking for Registered Nurses (RNs) for an immediate travel opening in an LTAC (Long-Term Acute Care) facility in Indianapolis, IN.

The right RN should have at least 1 year of recent experience in a Long-Term Acute Care or similar high acuity setting. Read below for more requirements.

As an RN in LTAC, you will care for patients with serious medical conditions who require extended hospital-level care. These patients often have complex needs such as ventilator support, wound care, or post-ICU recovery. You will be responsible for providing direct nursing care, monitoring patients' conditions, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery and discharge planning.

As an RN, you should be prepared to perform the following tasks:

• Perform head-to-toe assessments and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
