Job summary

Good Samaritan in Pine River, MN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care in our long-term care setting. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician, administer medications, and support residents' health and well-being in a Christian environment.

Travel is required within a 75-mile radius of your permanent address, with a minimum of 30 hours per month and at least one weekend shift per month.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program with a current LPN license.
• Minimum 18 years of age and an unencumbered LPN license.
• Travel required within 75 miles of permanent address.
• Drug screen and pre-employment background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to plan and evaluate residents.
