You will provide direct patient care under RN or physician supervision, administer medications, monitor and document patient conditions, assist with admissions and discharges, and collaborate with the care team.

Formación

• Active LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to new environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of an RN or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient education.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
