Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care to medical-surgical patients under the supervision of an RN.
• Perform assessments, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and document patient progress.
• Start and manage IV therapy per certification and protocol.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes and excellent patient experiences.
• Support patient hygiene, mobility, and discharge readiness.
• Document all care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record.
• Comply with policies, procedures, and infection control standards.
