You will provide delegated patient care under RN supervision, perform ADLs, administer medications, monitor IV therapy, and assist with discharge planning while maintaining clinical competencies and safety.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required; NIHSS preferred.
• IV therapy proficiency preferred; ability to perform necessary tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide delegated direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Assist with ADLs, education, and discharge planning.
• Administer medications and monitor IV therapy as ordered.
