Position: Traveler Licensed Practical Nurse
Location: Eatontown, NJ 07724
Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
Pay Range: $43 to $47/hour.
Contract Duration: 7 Weeks (with possible extension)

Position Summary: We are looking forLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a vital member of the healthcare team, responsible for delivering basic nursing care in collaboration with physicians and registered nurses. The LPN provides compassionate, patient-centered care by monitoring health conditions, administering prescribed medications, assisting with daily living activities, and maintaining accurate medical records. This role requires strong attention to detail, clinical competency, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor residents' health, including vital signs and symptoms, and report changes
Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
