Position Overview

American Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced LPN / LVN for a travel Home Health position in Kansas City, Missouri. Prior experience in home health and familiarity with HCHB are required. The position offers guaranteed weekly hours, primarily weekday day shifts for 40 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes
• Educate patients and families on health management and medication
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
• Offer emotional support and counseling to patients and families
