Job Description

Supplemental Health Care is currently hiring LPNs with one year of recent Medicare-Certified Home Health Agency experience for home health contracts in Warwick, Rhode Island, and the surrounding areas. Home Health Nurse Contract Details

• $1,480 – $1,629 per week*
• 13-week contract
• SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
• LPN will have a designated territory of coverage
• Average weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity
• Must have 1 year of recent experience with Medicare Certified Agency

• Current Rhode Island Nursing License
