Client will not consider travelers who live within 50 miles of the facility.

Current BAT and DOT drug screening certifications can be uploaded at a rate of $66, provided they are in your profile.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of current clinical experience
  • At least 2 years of Occupational Health experience
  • Certified Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) - Strongly Preferred
  • DOT Certification for Drug Screening - Strongly Preferred
  • Experience with Ergonomic Assessments and Phlebotomy - Preferred
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Availability for at least two specific interview dates/times must be added to your profile
  • Own vehicle required
  • Current skills checklist (valid within 1 year)
  • One supervisory reference from within the past two years
Additional Requirements

Ability to perform diverse clinical skills, knowledge of nursing principles, community health, strong interpersonal and time management skills, confidentiality, flexibility, and effective communication. Must be patient-focused and adhere to regulatory guidelines.
