Job summary

HRforGrowth is recruiting for a Local & Travel Contract LPN/LVN in Wray, CO 80758. The 13-week assignment offers $35–$38 per hour with 8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday, 40 hours guaranteed.

The ideal candidate will have recent clinic or specialty experience, active LPN/LVN license, and current BLS. You will float across multiple specialty clinics and support providers and clinical workflows as needed.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license valid for assignment.
• Recent clinic or specialty experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Prior travel assignment experience.
• Ability to work 8-hour day schedule.
• Ability to work 40 guaranteed hours per week.
• Strong communication, organization, and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide LPN/LVN clinical support within a multi-specialty outpatient clinic environment.
• Support providers and daily clinic workflows across assigned specialty areas.
• Deliver patient care within the LPN/LVN scope of practice and established facility procedures.
• Assist with patient care activities and clinical workflows as directed by providers and clinical leadership.
• Adapt to changing clinic needs and priorities.
• Float between applicable specialty clinic areas as required.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with providers, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team.
