Job summary

HRforGrowth is recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced LPN/LVN to support multi-specialty outpatient clinics in Wray, CO. This local & travel contract spans 13 weeks with shifts 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and compensation of $35–$38 per hour.

The role requires recent clinic or specialty experience, current BLS, and a drive to float across Cardiology, Urology, Gynecology, Oncology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Allergy/Asthma, and Neurology teams while maintaining high

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license.
• Recent clinic or specialty experience required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Prior travel assignment experience preferred.
• Must be able to work 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week.
• Strong communication, organization, and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide LPN/LVN clinical support within a multi-specialty outpatient clinic environment.
• Support providers and daily clinic workflows across assigned specialty areas.
• Deliver patient care within the LPN/LVN scope of practice and established facility procedures.
• Assist with patient care activities and clinical workflows as directed by providers and clinical leadership.
• Adapt to changing clinic needs and priorities.
• Float between applicable specialty clinic areas as required.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with providers, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team.
