Job Summary – LPN/RN Post-Acute Care (Night Shift)

Facility: Good Samaritan (Post-Acute Division)

Shift: 12-hour nights, every third weekend

Contract Length: 8 weeks

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Charting System: PointClick Care

Care Setting: Post-Acute

Certifications Required: BLS
