Job summary

Healthforce is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a travel short-term assignment in a long-term care facility in Sewickley, PA. Start date is 11/23/2026, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week and a weekly pay range of $1,794–$1,852.

Shifts are scheduled, serving a LTC - Nursing Home setting. The role involves direct patient care under an RN, medication administration, routine assessments, and care-plan documentation.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (PA).
• Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to work as scheduled with shift flexibility and travel readiness.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting under RN supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy.
• Monitor residents, perform routine assessments, and document changes in care plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility, ensuring resident comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain infection control practices and ensure accurate charting.
