Travel within a 75-mile radius is required to support multiple locations. Must be a graduate of an accredited practical nursing program with an LPN license (or multi-state licensure).

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as an LPN.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Current unencumbered LPN license or multi-state licensure.
• Completes required CEU and competency training.
• IV therapy requirements may apply in North Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in long-term care under supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and communicate clearly.
