We are hiring a Travel LPN/ Licensed Practical Nurse (T-LPN/LPN) for one of our clients in Peterborough, NH.

Job Description

Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
• Currently licensed or pending licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.

Work Hours

• Shift: Second shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)
• Includes a 30-minute meal break.
